All items are shipped USPS. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders received before 2PM PST will typically ship same day. While we can control our shipping process, USPS has at times struggled through the pandemic, holidays and service issues which can impact delivery times and lost packages. Returns
All unopened items are fully refundable within 30 days.
After 30 days, at our discretion, we may issue a Hit! Balm gift certificate for the items in question in lieu of refunds.
