Shipping and Returns
Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Standard delivery typically takes between 3-10 business days after your order is processed and packaged. While we can control our shipping process, USPS holidays, weather and service issues can cause a delay which can impact delivery times and lost packages. If there is an issue with your shipment, please let us know and we will do everything we can to help.
Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered
Please be aware that we do not exchange or refund items that have been tracked as delivered. Due to this, we always advise that you have your packages delivered to a secure location. Once the shipment has been delivered to the address you specified, the shipping provider will mark it as having been delivered. We advise checking your mailbox, phoning the delivery service (typically USPS), or contacting your local post office if your order was marked as delivered but you didn't receive it.
Returns
All unopened items are fully refundable within 30 days.
After 30 days, at our discretion, we may issue a Hit! Balm gift certificate for the items in question in lieu of refunds.
Return Exceptions:
Items may not be returned once opened unless there is a product defect.
