Shipping
All items are shipped USPS. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders received before 2PM PST will typically ship same day. While we can control our shipping process, USPS has at times struggles through the pandemic, holidays and service issues which can impact delivery times and lost packages. If there is any issue with your shipment, please let us know and we will do everything we can to help.
Money Back Guarantee
If you're not entirely satisfied with your Hit! Balm, we offer a money back guarantee. Please email us at hello@hitbalm.com to process your return. Please note there are a couple exceptions to this policy outlined below. We will refund your purchase price after receiving your returned items.
All unopened items are fully refundable within 30 days.
After 30 days, at our discretion, we may issue a Hit! Balm gift certificate for the items in question in lieu of refunds.
Exceptions to Money Back Guarantee:
If two or more of the same product are purchased, we will only accept a single item to be returned once opened if there is no product defect.
We reserve the right to limit future sales to customers who have a history of returning non-defective product.
We may refuse to accept a return if more than 50% of the product has been consumed/used.
