Shipping 

All items are shipped USPS. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders received before 2PM PST will typically ship same day. While we can control our shipping process, USPS has been struggling to meet demand with the pandemic and we are seeing both extended delivery times and increase in lost packages. If there is any issue with your shipment, please let us know and we will do everything we can to help.

Money Back Guarantee

If you're not entirely satisfied with your Hit! Balm, we offer a money back guarantee. Just email us at hello@hitbalm.com if you are not satisfied for any reason. We will refund your purchase price less shipping and handling fees after receiving your returned items.

All unopened items are fully refundable within 30 days.

After 30 days, at our discretion, we may issue a Hit! Balm gift certificate for the items in question in lieu of refunds.

Exceptions:

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on more than one open product unless there is a product defect per customer.

We reserve the right to limit future sales to customers who have a history of returning product due without defects or damage.
