Why do you use full-spectrum distillate instead of isolate?

Full-spectrum extract retains beneficial plant compounds and terpenes, which work together in what’s known as the entourage effect, supporting a fuller, more balanced botanical profile.
Isolate removes these additional components.

How is your hemp grown?

We source our hemp from a single Colorado farm that uses organic growing methods and is progressing toward certification. Our hemp is:

How is your hemp extracted?

How much does the dropper hold?

Each dropper is “graduated” with measurement lines:

  • 1 ml full dropper = 34 mg CBD

  • 0.5 ml = 17 mg CBD (typical serving)

What dosage should I start with?

A common method is to start low and adjust gradually:

  1. Begin with 5–10 mg.

  2. Increase weekly until you find your ideal amount.

Will Hit! Balm or Drops cause a positive drug test?

Because hemp products contain trace THC and individual metabolism varies, there is a very small and unlikely chance, but there is always a possibility of a positive test with any CBD products on the market .

Not at this time due to varying international hemp regulations.

Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days once processed.
All non-sample orders include tracking.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

Yes - email us at hello@hitbalm.com as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can modify or cancel it.
For returns, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
